After more than 10 years working for leading market research organisations, BMRB, MORI and NOP, I established Kindle Research in 2005 to concentrate on high quality research and consultancy to organisations using technology.
I've led complex projects for a range of high profile clients such as Channel 4, BT, Cisco, IBM, HP, Motorola, Nokia, Vodafone and Orange and still work for them when acting as a research consultant for market research agencies like GfK NOP, and Curiosity and social media consultancies like NixonMcInnes.
Kindle's direct clients are large organisations such as Elsevier and Student Loans Company; smaller internet companies like TouchLocal, i-FEX and Jelerang; and local organisations like Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Old Age Rational Suicide.
I specialise in mixed methodology projects, particularly in the areas of new product development, marketing communications and customer satisfaction
Much of my research has been international, including 2 years working in Chile (so always looking for an opportunity to get my Spanish back up to scratch!).
I'm a full and active member of all the leading market research organisations and am currently a committee member of the Association of Qualitative Researchers.
