Positioning and innovations in the online search market

Touch Local began as an online directory but has been innovating to adapt to the fast-changing world it operates in.

We conducted a series of focus groups and depth interviews among key decision-makers in UK businesses to identify their online marketing needs and what they might need from an online marketing organisation.

As well as a comprehensive research programme and presentation of findings we prepared and facilitated a creative workshop among the Touch Local decision-makers to generate ideas and identify the most appropriate ways forward.
